State Licensed Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

To support a growing online program, the part-time State Licensed Adjunct Faculty in Educational Leadership will provide high-quality instruction, facilitate class discussions, and assess student performance while engaging with students in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online instruction and facilitate engaging class discussions to promote active learning
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback while maintaining accurate records of grades
• Collaborate with program faculty to develop and implement curriculum and program improvements

Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a related field
• Experience teaching at the doctoral level, preferably in online or blended formats
• Knowledge of educational leadership theories and practices, particularly in K-12 settings
• Proficiency in online teaching methodologies and familiarity with learning management systems
• Significant professional experience in K-12 education, preferably in leadership roles
