Job Summary

To support a large electronics client, the remote AdTech Lawyer will draft and negotiate various AdTech agreements, ensure compliance on data-sharing activities, and resolve digital advertising data use concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements
• Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space
• Proven privacy experience
• Proven data licensing experience
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Active bar license in the state where you reside
