Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Advanced Planning to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on complex client relationships and advanced financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and operating model for the Advanced Planning function and build a high-performing team
• Partner with advisors to address high complexity client needs and ensure coordinated, client-centric planning solutions
• Drive the development and adoption of new advanced planning capabilities across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field
• Advanced credentials (e.g., JD, CPA, EA, CFP) strongly preferred
• 15+ years of expertise in advanced wealth planning for high net worth clients
• Prior leadership experience managing specialist teams in wealth management or professional services
• Strong understanding of the needs of business owners and multigenerational families
