Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Advanced Practice Provider Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the development and implementation of clinical policies and services for Advanced Practice Providers across the Enterprise
• Serve as a strategic leader to assist in the development and evaluation of the organization's mission and goals for inpatient and outpatient care
• Oversee the standardization of clinical guidelines and policies to ensure safe and cost-effective patient care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required
• Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program is required
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience is required; 10 years preferred
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience is required; 5 years preferred
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire
