State Licensed Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary

Providing advanced practice expertise, the full-time State Licensed Advanced Practice Provider will serve as a clinical resource for CIBMTR & Clinical Services, supporting evidence-based decision-making and quality improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance donor and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource, providing consultation and guidance on donor and transplant-related topics
• Translate research findings into operational guidance for internal teams and external partners
• Lead clinical initiatives related to donor mobilization and post-transplant genetic findings management

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies; Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) preferred
• Current APRN/NP or PA licensure (or eligibility to practice as required)
• 2-4 years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology, transplantation, or donor care
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
