Job Summary
Supporting the Americas Advisory business, the full-time State Licensed Advisory Counsel will negotiate and draft contracts, provide legal guidance, and assess risk while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and draft contracts related to commercial real estate services
- Assess contractual risks and advise business teams on legal issues and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risk exposure effectively
Required qualifications
- J.D. from a top-tier ABA accredited law school
- Member of applicable State Bar in good standing
- At least 4 years of experience in private practice and/or in-house legal roles
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in commercial real estate
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
