State Licensed Advisory Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting the Americas Advisory business, the full-time State Licensed Advisory Counsel will negotiate and draft contracts, provide legal guidance, and assess risk while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft contracts related to commercial real estate services
• Assess contractual risks and advise business teams on legal issues and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate risk exposure effectively

Required qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier ABA accredited law school
• Member of applicable State Bar in good standing
• At least 4 years of experience in private practice and/or in-house legal roles
• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in commercial real estate
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
