State Licensed AI and Cybersecurity Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote AI, Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Partner will manage technology transactions, advise on AI governance frameworks, and provide legal counsel on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, requiring a J.D. and extensive corporate legal experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on technology transactions, including SaaS, cloud, and software licensing agreements
• Provide legal guidance on AI governance frameworks and related contractual provisions
• Advise clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance as part of vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including experience as an in-house attorney
• Strong practical AI literacy and experience drafting AI-related contract provisions
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
• Privacy certification (e.g., CIPP) is preferred
