Job Summary
To support the deployment of safe and effective AI agents in healthcare, the full-time remote State Licensed AI Clinical Specialist will ensure clinical validation, enhance clinician adoption, and drive patient impact metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Validate the clinical safety and operational efficiency of AI agent deployments, implementing safety protocols before go-live
- Facilitate clinician adoption and confidence in AI agents, ensuring adoption metrics exceed targets
- Identify new use cases for AI in transforming care delivery and align clinical, technical, and business teams on patient-centered design
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in the practicing state
- Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings
- Prior experience with prompting language models and interacting with conversational AI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex medical concepts
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling practices
