Job Summary

A company is looking for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans
• Facilitate individual coaching sessions and manage a caseload of members
• Document sessions and develop new clinical tools for members

Required Qualifications

• Certified as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment
• BA/BS and/or MA preferred
• Experience with EMR systems and telehealth settings
• Knowledgeable in evidence-based treatment programs and harm reduction models
