Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, ALM Model Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a unified ALM model framework for financial reporting
• Collaborate with VP level leaders to ensure the model meets forecasting and risk management needs
• Oversee ALM tool evaluations and establish governance for assumptions and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related discipline
• ASA designation required; FSA preferred; MAAA preferred
• 10+ years of Actuarial / ALM experience, with at least 5 years in model development leadership
• Experience in large scale model modernization or migrations, preferably with AXIS
• Solid understanding of investment modeling concepts and financial reporting frameworks
