Job Summary
Seeking a part-time contract Regional Anesthesiologist with active ultrasound-guided nerve block experience to annotate ultrasound images for an AI training study, focusing on nerve landmarks and surrounding anatomy.
Key responsibilities:
- Annotate ultrasound images concentrating on nerve landmarks and adjacent anatomy
- Identify and label nerves pertinent to regional anesthesia procedures
- Utilize clinical knowledge of vascular and soft tissue structures in the groin and lower extremity
Required qualifications:
- MD with anesthesiology training and active practice in regional anesthesia
- Regular experience with ultrasound-guided nerve blocks, preferably performing 15 or more blocks per month
- Experience with lower extremity blocks such as femoral, adductor canal, sciatic, popliteal, or fascia iliaca
- Comfort in identifying the femoral nerve and surrounding neurovascular bundle on ultrasound
