Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Annuities Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales funnel and revenue targets for the annuities division while actively selling and coaching the team
  • Build and scale a high-performing team, establishing coaching rhythms and performance metrics to improve close rates
  • Design and implement operational processes to ensure a seamless customer experience from application to policy administration


Required Qualifications:
  • 7-12+ years of experience leading inside sales and operations teams in the annuities market
  • Active Life & Annuity producer license and up-to-date NAIC training
  • Mastery of the end-to-end annuity process, including suitability reviews and post-issue servicing
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and modern CRM/telephony systems
  • Experience in crafting training materials and effective scripts to enhance team performance
