Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Annuities Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales funnel and revenue targets for the annuities division while actively selling and coaching the team
- Build and scale a high-performing team, establishing coaching rhythms and performance metrics to improve close rates
- Design and implement operational processes to ensure a seamless customer experience from application to policy administration
Required Qualifications:
- 7-12+ years of experience leading inside sales and operations teams in the annuities market
- Active Life & Annuity producer license and up-to-date NAIC training
- Mastery of the end-to-end annuity process, including suitability reviews and post-issue servicing
- Analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and modern CRM/telephony systems
- Experience in crafting training materials and effective scripts to enhance team performance
