Job Summary

Seeking an experienced antitrust lawyer, the full-time Senior Specialist Legal Editor in Practical Law Antitrust will create and maintain legal content, support AI-powered legal solutions, and collaborate with a team of legal professionals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, write, and maintain clear and practical legal content aligned with market practices and customer needs
• Review and edit content produced by colleagues and external contributors to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Utilize legal expertise to support the development of AI-driven legal solutions and maintain industry relationships

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an antitrust lawyer in a law firm or in-house in the US
• Extensive knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filings and antitrust risk-shifting provisions in M&A transactions
• Familiarity with deal intelligence resources such as the Practical Law What's Market database
• Strong writing skills with a passion for clear and concise legal communication
