State Licensed APD/PD Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims service, the full-time remote APD/PD Adjuster will manage commercial auto claims, including 1st/3rd party material damage and bodily injury claims, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and extent of property damages
• Conduct thorough investigations and negotiate settlements throughout the life of the claim
• Ensure all claims are managed in compliance with state regulations and industry standards

Required qualifications

• Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required in resident or designated home state plus New York, California, Florida, Georgia, and Texas
• 5+ years of experience specializing in adjusting Auto Liability from moderate to high complexity
• Ability to work in a high production environment utilizing various technology solutions
• Strong analytical reasoning with the ability to make autonomous decisions
