A company is looking for an Analyst, Servicing Appraisal Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the value credibility and compliance of servicing appraisals for residential properties
• Stay updated with industry guidelines and trends to ensure compliance with valuation standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain accurate records related to property valuations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred
• Licensed/Certified Appraiser with at least five years of appraisal review experience
• One year of experience performing and/or reviewing appraisals for servicing or foreclosure preferred
• Strong technological proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications
• Active or recently expired State Licensed or Certified Appraiser
