Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Servicing Appraisal Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the servicing appraisal quality control review process and manage property valuation controls
• Lead and mentor direct reports to enhance skills and improve departmental efficiencies
• Identify risks and implement improvements in servicing valuation quality control activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; 4 Year BA or BS preferred
• At least 8 years of experience in appraisal review and management
• Current or recently expired appraisal license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appraisal review software
• Experience managing teams and projects within the appraisal industry
