Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient contracting processes for loan servicing platforms
• Strategize renewals and modernize legacy contracts
• Collaborate with product management, customer success, and sales to provide legal support

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in negotiating technology-related contracts
• U.S. law degree (J.D.) and active license to practice in at least one state
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing technology transactions
• Familiarity with intellectual property in a SaaS environment and cloud computing contracting
• Ability to analyze and translate business/technology systems into contracting frameworks
