Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and recommendations to executive leadership on various legal issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate a large volume of strategic contracts and manage contract disputes
• Mentor and guide other legal department members while contributing to corporate governance and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• College degree and juris doctorate from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in good standing under the state bar of the attorney's work location
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company and healthcare sector
