Job Summary
To support a growing radiology practice, the full-time State Licensed Assistant General Counsel will provide legal counsel, manage client relationships with local practices, and draft and negotiate contracts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on practice operations and transactions, identifying risks and developing solutions
- Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents while managing disputes and business deals
- Build and refine processes to ensure exceptional legal service delivery across the organization
Required qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice law in good standing
- 6+ years of corporate, transactional, or operations experience, preferably in healthcare services
- Strong understanding of legal and business factors related to healthcare services
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing work matters independently
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice
