Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage title and property litigation processes, including overseeing outside counsel and ensuring compliance
• Handle the title claim process, including submission and coverage review, and document related procedures
• Provide legal advice on title issues and prepare necessary documentation for title resolutions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an attorney in title claims and judicial/non-judicial title resolution
• Admitted and in good standing to practice law in the state of residence
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, VA, FHA, and USDA requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
