State Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney, Deal Intake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pro rata share of M&A deals, coordinating with the deal team and clients
• Review, negotiate, and finalize various deal documents in line with company procedures
• Support business development and relationship management teams, including training new intake attorneys

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. from a nationally ranked, accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state
• 1-2 years of legal experience in M&A or related fields
• Ability to quickly review and understand complex agreements
• Strong work ethic and enthusiasm for working on deals
