State Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Providing contract drafting and negotiation services, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Attorney will manage a variety of agreements including NDAs and service agreements while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as NDAs and service agreements
• Work within contract management systems and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Independently manage workload by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any state is preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting
• Experience in M&A, data protection/privacy, and service agreements is preferred
