State Licensed Associate Chief Nursing Officer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, the full-time remote Associate Chief Nursing Officer will lead nursing operations, manage a team of nurses, and assist in AI product development to ensure high-quality patient interactions and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across production and evaluation environments
• Serve as a clinical expert in client engagements, translating nursing knowledge into product requirements and supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop nursing-specific AI capabilities and lead a nursing transformation practice

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing; BSN required
• 10+ years of nursing leadership experience with at least 5+ years in diverse care settings
• Direct P&L responsibility across multiple cost centers or operational lines
• Experience working with non-clinical functions such as product, engineering, and sales
• Proven track record of operational transformation in health systems
