Job Summary

To support patients with complex medical conditions, the remote State Licensed Associate Clinical Director will manage client relationships, provide high-level clinical management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans and treatment options.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by managing complex medical issues and coordinating care
• Demonstrate strong clinical acumen by offering education and support to clients and families
• Collaborate with clinical and research teams to identify the latest therapies and facilitate communication with external care providers

Required qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in the state of residence with board certification
• 5+ years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multidisciplinary environment
• Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive communication and organization
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clinical curiosity
• Comfortable navigating various tech platforms for documentation and communication
