Job Summary
To lead the clinical quality strategy and ensure high performance in client-facing settings, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Clinical Director will manage audit readiness, build relationships with clients and consultants, and oversee longitudinal quality assurance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clinical services in high-stakes discussions and build strong relationships with clients and consultants
- Own the strategy for clinical client audit readiness, including planning, preparation, and remediation planning
- Lead the design of longitudinal quality assurance models to assess and improve care quality across the member journey
Required qualifications
- Current unrestricted U.S. license as a Physician or Nurse Practitioner in good standing
- Board certification required for physicians
- 7+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical operations
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing quality work or external audits
- Demonstrated experience in representing clinical services in high-stakes environments
