Job Summary

To support patients during critical healthcare moments, the remote State Licensed Associate Clinical Director will manage complex medical issues, coordinate care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans and improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships by guiding them through their healthcare journey and managing complex medical issues
• Demonstrate strong clinical acumen by providing high-level clinical management and education to clients and families
• Collaborate with clinical and research team members to identify the latest therapies and facilitate comprehensive care options

Required qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in the state of residence with board certification
• 5+ years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multidisciplinary environment
• Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive communication and professionalism under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to clinical challenges
• Proficiency in navigating various tech platforms for documentation and communication
