Job Summary
To support patients during critical healthcare moments, the remote State Licensed Associate Clinical Director will manage complex medical issues, coordinate care, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize treatment plans while ensuring a compassionate and personalized approach.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by guiding patients through their healthcare journeys and managing complex medical issues
- Demonstrate strong clinical acumen by providing high-level clinical management and education to clients and families
- Collaborate with clinical and research team members to identify the latest therapies and facilitate comprehensive care options
Required qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in the state of residence with board certification in at least one state
- 5+ years of APP clinical experience managing complex medical issues in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive communication and professionalism under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and curious mindset
- Technical proficiency in navigating various tech platforms for documentation and communication
