Job Summary
To support patients with complex medical conditions, the full-time State Licensed Associate Clinical Director will manage client relationships, demonstrate clinical acumen, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care plans, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by managing complex medical issues and coordinating care
- Demonstrate strong clinical acumen through high-level management and education for clients and families
- Collaborate with clinical and research team members to identify therapies and provide comprehensive information on treatment options
Required qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in the home state
- Five years of clinical experience in oncology and/or hematology managing complex medical issues
- Exceptional client-facing skills, including executive communication and professional demeanor
- Strong problem-solving skills and clinical curiosity
- Technical proficiency in navigating various tech platforms for documentation and communication
