Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including MSAs, SaaS, and NDAs
• Advise internal teams on legal risks, contractual matters, and dispute resolution
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of contract templates and legal processes

Required Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school and current member of a US state bar
• Two to four years of experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
• Knowledge of current contract law and related legal principles
• Strong understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality
• Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
