Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Technology to provide legal support in fintech and technology-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on product development and engineering matters
• Advise on data privacy and cybersecurity issues, including potential data security incidents
• Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related commercial agreements and user-facing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of legal experience focused on technology transactions and data privacy compliance
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS and licensing agreements
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide practical legal advice
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management systems
