Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and counseling to the sales team and stakeholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including technology-related agreements
• Lead contract negotiations and develop tools to improve contractual processes

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a contracts group, as in-house counsel, or in corporate law
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts
• Ability to manage high volume and multiple projects with timely decisions
• Must be a member in good standing of a state Bar
