Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel with 4+ years of experience to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including vendor, client, and employment agreements
• Manage compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements
• Support corporate governance and assist with cross-functional projects involving HR, finance, operations, and sales

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the state of residence
• 4+ years of legal experience in corporate, compliance, licensing, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Experience with highly regulated industries, employment law, or compliance is a plus
• Willingness to travel a few times a year for meetings
