Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to support legal matters related to cloud technology and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various agreements, including sales and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on complex IT vendor agreements
• Develop playbooks and templates for consistent legal review across technology agreements

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar of at least one US State or the District of Columbia
• 5 - 10 years of applicable professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Experience handling multiple legal matters simultaneously
• Advanced abilities in contract negotiation
