Key Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and insurance contracts, simplifying complex legal language for business understanding
• Develop creative legal solutions while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
• Participate in project teams, providing legal advice and support across various operational areas

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• 7 years of legal experience in both law firm and corporate environments
• Experience in supplemental, group, or individual insurance is preferred
• Knowledge of ERISA and litigation experience is beneficial
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
