State Licensed Associate Counsel
Job Summary
To support the Trust Team, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Counsel will review, draft, negotiate, and close various commercial agreements while providing legal advice on matters such as privacy and data security.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate, and close revenue-generating contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements
- Support the Americas Legal team and Trust teams while providing cross-functional assistance
- Conduct legal research and advise on business-related matters, including privacy and data security
Required qualifications
- Member in good standing of an accredited bar
- 2-4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably in the tech industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team
- Commercial acumen with an interest in business objectives
- Working knowledge of data security and privacy laws is a plus
