Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal initiatives and drive high-stakes projects aligned with corporate goals
• Provide expert counsel to executive leadership on legal matters and regulatory developments
• Oversee regulatory filings, litigation strategy, and high-value legal transactions

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar
• 8-12 years of experience in commercial transactions and regulatory compliance
• Expertise in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, and relevant regulations (FTC, CCPA, FCRA)
• Proven track record in leading multi-department legal initiatives
• Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and litigation strategy
