Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex legal initiatives and develop creative solutions to align legal deliverables with corporate goals
• Provide expert counsel to executive leadership on legal matters and regulatory developments to support business growth
• Oversee regulatory filings, litigation strategy, and high-value transactions while fostering a culture of legal excellence

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 8-12 years of experience in commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and in-house counsel responsibilities
• Expertise in fintech, SaaS, ecommerce, and relevant regulations such as FTC, CCPA, and FCRA
• Proven track record of leading legal initiatives across multiple departments
• Experience in risk management and litigation strategy
