Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide transactional assistance and support on solar acquisition, development, and financing transactions
Negotiate EPC contracts and related documents
Manage coordination with developers, EPC contractors, and outside counsel

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions
3+ years of legal experience in the renewables industry, preferably in solar DG or community solar
Experience working with EPC contracts
Familiarity with financing structures (debt and tax equity)
