Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Network Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Southeast Region network markets on the Network Legal Team
• Draft and negotiate contracts with major healthcare provider partners
• Manage dispute resolutions and support arbitration proceedings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of legal experience
• Experience with regulatory agencies and state insurance regulations
• Extensive healthcare background with managed care contracting experience
