Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to manage a legal team providing services to various divisions in the North America Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a legal team providing direct legal services to business units in the North America Region
• Ensure legal staff are engaged, trained, and equipped to meet organizational needs
• Provide guidance on complex legal matters and serve as lead project attorney for major real estate projects

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience negotiating complex transactions, including real estate
• Experience managing attorneys or coordinating work of other professionals
• In-house or law firm experience advising senior management
