Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex partner transactions and produce high-quality legal work
• Provide legal counsel, assess risks, negotiate transactions, and advise on strategies
• Draft, negotiate, and interpret various partner agreements and resolve disputes

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law
• 8+ years of legal practice experience with technology partners
• Strong legal judgment and drafting skills
• Experience advising various organizational levels and handling negotiations
