Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Product/Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including data in-licenses and customer sales deals
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide legal guidance on product-related issues
• Participate in improving operational processes and legal forms to support a growing tech organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of practicing attorney experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier law firm and 5+ years in-house at a technology company
• JD degree from a top-tier law school and active membership in at least one US state bar
• Technical degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Experience with APIs and SDKs, and handling complex sales deals
• Prior work experience in a pre-IPO company is preferred
