State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Global Clients & Global Retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements and transactional documents
• Provide practical legal advice to business operations and support deal execution
• Collaborate with legal and functional leaders on global legal initiatives and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active admission in a state Bar
• 5-6 years of business law experience, preferably in-house in data licensing or market research
• Experience in structuring and negotiating complex transactions and commercial contracts
• Familiarity with market research services and related business contracts
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively within a global team
