Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support on regulatory, legal, and compliance matters across departments
• Draft, review, and approve policies, procedures, and legal documents while advising management on legal risks
• Manage internal and external counsel, and represent the company in contract negotiations and legal opinions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience at a law firm or in-house
• Admitted to state bar in the practicing state
• Recent experience in providing strategic legal and compliance advice
• Experience in transactions, contract management, and general corporate work
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
