Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing risk management policies and create related training materials
• Counsel partners on risk issues, including conflicts of interest and engagement terms
• Prepare and review various legal agreements and respond to client due diligence requests

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and current admission to a U.S. bar in good standing
• Minimum of five years of legal experience, including three years in a law firm setting
• Experience with rules and codes of professional responsibility
• Flexibility in handling multiple responsibilities and changing priorities
• Willingness to work varied hours and travel as needed
