State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide strategic legal counsel and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on compliance, personnel issues, and policies while managing corporate legal processes
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and manage the company's contract management system
• Oversee compliance and regulatory support, including audits and information technology implementations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree and current license to practice law
• Minimum 10 years of relevant transactional, corporate, and compliance experience as an attorney
• Experience with governmental procurement processes and Medicaid programs preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal information privacy and security requirements
• Previous in-house and/or large firm experience preferred
