A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides legal guidance and support on regulatory, compliance, and legal matters across various departments
• Drafts, reviews, and approves legal documents, policies, and procedures while advising management on legal risks and strategies
• Manages internal and external counsel, reviews contracts and agreements, and prepares legal opinions on diverse issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Admitted to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Recent experience in providing strategic legal and compliance advice
• Experience in transactions, contract management, and general corporate work
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
