Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, focusing on licensing and partnership contracts
• Lead negotiations on complex licensing arrangements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Provide legal support to business stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial transactions

Required Qualifications

• J.D. (or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts, preferably in market research
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property, content usage, and data licensing principles
• Demonstrated understanding of data flows
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
