Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for commercial transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Assist in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration for technology and services
• Support mergers and acquisitions processes and manage litigation for specified lines of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor
• Admitted to and in good standing with an applicable state bar
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in technology transactions, corporate, and healthcare law
• Experience in contract negotiation and drafting for technology and services businesses
• Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and related healthcare privacy and security laws
