Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of legal experience, including time at a top-tier law firm
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Strong experience in commercial contracting, particularly with SaaS and technology agreements
• Experience advising high-growth technology or regulated businesses
• Proactive mindset with a strong desire to solve problems and learn new regulatory frameworks
